Essential Requirements
To ensure the safety of all participants at Eccleston Delph,
the following are mandatory:
- Full-length Wetsuit: Required for buoyancy and thermal protection.
- Tow Float: Must be worn by all swimmers for visibility.
- Bright Swim Cap: Highly recommended.
- Membership: Please ensure your Delph swimming registration is up to date before your first session.

Group Training Sessions - £7 per session
Join a community of like-minded athletes in our coached group sessions. These are designed to build your confidence, improve your sighting, and master drafting techniques in a supportive environment.
- When:
- Wednesday Evenings: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Saturday Mornings: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Duration: Throughout the Summer season (May – September).
