A focused 75‑minute session designed as the ideal
progression after completing your full 90‑minute swim analysis. This follow‑up
allows you to refine the technical changes introduced in your initial
assessment and continue developing a more efficient, effective stroke.

- A complete review of all elements included in the original 90‑minute analysis.

Introduction to Front Crawl - £240
This programme is designed for anyone who feels nervous in the water, is unsure where to begin, or wants to learn front crawl from the very first steps. Whether your goal is to build confidence, learn to swim for fitness, or prepare for your first triathlon or open‑water event, this package provides a calm, supportive introduction to the fundamentals of front crawl.
What the Package Includes
- Four 45‑minute 1:1 sessions in the Endless Pool with coach Loren.
- A safe, learning environment with full individual attention.
- A simple, structured, step‑by‑step approach to developing the foundations of front crawl.
- No previous swimming experience required — we start right at the beginning and guide you through each stage with patience and clarity.
Endless Pool Intro Session - £60
This introductory session is designed to help you feel
completely at ease in our Endless Pool, understand how it works, and discover
how we can best support your swimming development. It’s an ideal starting point
for anyone who wants clarity, confidence, and a personalised recommendation
before committing to a full package.
Who This Session Is For
- Anyone learning to swim who feels nervous or unsure about the process.
- Swimmers who know they need guidance but aren’t certain which package suits their goals.
- Individuals wanting a gentle, informative first experience in the Endless Pool.
What’s Included in the 45‑Minute Session
- A full introduction to the Endless Pool and how the system works.
- In‑session swim analysis to identify your strengths and key areas for improvement.
- Clear guidance on which follow‑on package would best support your development based on what we observe.
Only one introductory session is available per person.
Multi‑Session Packages -
12 x 1‑hour sessions — £900 (£75 per session) Valid for 12 months from date of payment.
6 x 1‑hour sessions — £500 (£83 per session) Valid
for 6 months from date of payment
These packages provide the time and continuity needed to build confidence, reinforce technique, and make meaningful, lasting
improvements in the water.
Personalised Swim Plan - £100
This tailored programme is available exclusively to swimmers who have completed at least one 1:1 Endless Pool session. It builds directly on
the technical insights identified during your analysis, giving you a structured
plan that targets your specific development needs.

- An 10‑week fully personalised swim training plan, designed around the strengths, weaknesses, and priorities highlighted in your Endless Pool session.
